10000 Boxes is definately a good number .. it will be better if you try
network install , usb install .. etc i.e alternative ways in order to
do that properly .

However if you want give a feel of original to you target audience
,burn dvds and print covers for them .. i guess fedora artworks  has
some good images for it .. though i doubt its economic  feasibility ..

For assistance i guess as Rahul said ask fellow ambassadors or even
some people from potential audience to help you out ..if you falling
short in that .
