hello tushar,
as for the limitation in the number of computer, i think one of our friends
has already suggested to get a white screen projector and guide through the
installation process and put on all the presentations via that projector.
the most important thing to remember is to get someone who can speak very
confidently and informatively about the powers of open source computing and
contrasts proprietory softwares and open source ones. i remember, during the
introductory meet of the Linux User Group in our institute, the speaker got
a video downloaded from youtube which showed the graphics superiority of
compiz fusion and beryl to those used in windows vista as well as MAC OS
Leopard. doing that is important because the main reason cited by the non
users of open source for not switching is that the UI of linux OSs is not
very appealing and user friendly to them. clearing that myth is very
important. further u can guide the participants throught the installation
process, thereby also introducing them to the fact that even installation of
one of the linux OSs is very simple and straightforward. have fun and happy
computing...!!
all the best
saahil
