[Ambassadors] thinking about 2009

Hi

In addition to that, i also feel we should also have one system to
centrailize everything. Everything in the sense, right from tracking
contributions made by contributors to tracking ambassador
contributions, cd requests etc. something very similar to launchpad
but of course launchpad does not track cd requests but i guess it
would be good if something like that is there which would motivate and
encourage new contributors.

Just my thoughts !
