IMHO, that's just too late. Printing flyers takes some time, so if you
want to be able to print / display them, you need to be ready much
earlier.

That's the same thing for the CD / DVD faces. We don't have them yet, it's
starting to be too late for printing them when we press the CDs / DVDs.

I'm not ranting about the Art team, they do a wonderful job that I could
personally not do with my poor graphical skills. But we have to admit that
for this release, the materials that need to be done are not ready.

I'm sure the Art team is doing the best they can, but given the small
period of time they have (6 monthes for a release, substract the time
needed for choosing the Fedora theme, etc...) and the number they are,
that seems plainly not feasible.

Maybe it is time to start thinking about some more release-neutral designs
for the release advertising. I'm thinking about:
- liveUSB station (the current Solar design by Samuele is absolutely
wonderful, but it took him some time to do it. Are we willing to spend so
much time each release ? Are we willing to spend the same amount of money
in order to print it for each release ?)
- release posters / flyers
- CD / DVD face (not the sleeves, only the art that is printed *on* the
media)

Those are my thoughts based on the organization of our next release party
in Paris.
