To guarantee a better resources management we ask people to add their
event one month before the beginning of the Fiscal Quarter it would be
hold. I'm really sorry not to be able to process your resources
request just because we need to plan our budget on a Quartely base (Q3
is from Spetember to November).

I can suggest you to ask APAC contacts to get some help for medias
(CDs and DVDs) and the other stuff you are going to offer. Maybe try
to contact Susmit and the other APAC main contacts.

I'm sure your event will be great and you'll understand our budget policy.
