Good work. BUT I miss 2 little things :-)

* The Author does'n mentioned his or her contact Info in the pdf (that 
plaintext had been better was always mentioned...). So I can't contact 
him or her for the following improvement...
* That people on Mailinglists should not use Auto-Replys, 
Vacation-Messages, etc. if they use a Mailinglist. Therefore should be 
used a "normal" Mailadress.
