Maybe after the fact thats true.
But, and think on this.
If even users got a jist of a security problem.

1: Has it affected *my\our system?
2: If 1, what should I test for?
3: English is not my 1st language, what does "an issue in the
infrastructure". Maybe a hard-disk dies some corrupt files.
3b: I speak english but no idea "an issue.." mean

4: If it's so easy Larry, why were so many question asked on both the user-list and the IRC #fedora.

Fedora users come from all backgrounds etc., and though a daunting task.
use language that is understood.

What is wrong with:
"Feoraproject servers, may have been hacked, the team is looking at it.
In the meanwhile run ssh, rootkit, gcalc, call the fire-brigade (light-hearted bit). or any other test I haven't a clue about.

BUT, give the user something to alleviate uncertainty.

Frank
