Having meetings worldwide seems pretty impossible as there might be nearly
24 hours of difference between some people.

For something like release events maybe we could split that in regional
reunions. As the minutes of each reunion is available online, everyone
could take into account what was discussed in other regions meetings, so
it would not be a problem to split.
