That is far more restricted than what we are talking about.

And it further direct folks to the ambassadors group with:

"If you are interested in working on the day-to-day marketing tactics
of Fedora, participating in planning of events, or otherwise spreading
Fedora 'on the ground', see the Fedora Ambassadors program."

However there really isn't any way to discuss things with that group
without joining it first.
