[Ambassadors] Free Media Distribution

thanks for the informative reply ...
in fact, i was wondering about two points:
1) i noticed that the FreeMedia request form is targeted to interested
individuals. so, what about an ambassador who may require about 100CDs or so
but he can't afford doing them all? any channel for assistance here? .. this
is part one of the point.. and part two is; what about the organised events?
are the CDs being prepared by the organizers or they can share the burden
with Fedora Media programme?
2) how to make those CDs as the ones here [1]?
