Agreed.

It would be nice to update the Ambassadors/CountryList [1] with:

| Country | State | City | Contact Name | Fedora-regional mailing list
| Other local user group mailing lists |

Giving FreeMedia is good, but, it also needs to be followed with
support. People tend to have questions like:

"What software do I use for X or Y?"
"I am not able to install Fedora on my system. I need help!"
"How do I connect to the Internet?"

Sure, people can post to fedora-list or fedoraforum.org support, but,
in general, people who are not comfortable with their English,
hesitate to post to such *heavy* traffic mailing lists.

1. Being able to contact one or two people in their respective regions
is good, even if they have to converse in their native language to
make them understand their problems.

2. Posting queries to the Fedora regional or local user group mailing
lists will be of *immense* help and support, and also to connect with
new people who might be interested in Fedora.

3. Volunteers could visit people if they have to physically help them
with installation or network troubleshooting.

Regards,

SK
