Thanks a lot.

1. Yes,  "#" was breaking the tickets. Field checking introduced.
Now almost all special characters will be erased on submitting the form.

2. For EMEA, the sql query was wrong. Fixed it.
I testes it, looks fine.

Thanks again for the extensive testing and valuable inputs.
If possible, some more testing please.
