Inspired by the infrastructure core group, we keep it simple stupid, regional
Mentors get invited by FAmSCo. Nayyar Ahmad from Mocambique will join the
regional Mentors for Africa soon and we will discuss with Rodrigo Padula one
more regional Mentor for South America. We will not have a extra FAS Group or
something like that. We do not want to allocate more ressources around the
Membership Process as needed and not more bureaucracy. Right now we scale very
well with what we have. We will adjust the headcount if needed or if we think
one is the born Mentor ;)
