Be aware that using the "fedora" name in a domain with content about
Fedora requires a license:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Local_community_domains

I seem to recall that there was someone who recently approached the
Board about an Arabic language domain, as required on this page.  I
would think it's helpful to collaborate with them rather than building
a separate site and splitting the audience.
