[Ambassadors] FOSDEM FAD Agenda

Following the descusion we had on our last EMEA Ambassadors Meeting
[1] we are organizing a FAD on Friday 5/2 on Brussels just before
FOSDEM starts :)

Although some final details are yet to be confirmed (place, exact
time), we set up an agenda on this mini FAD [2]
