I have heard will be held again on 12-14 November in Ho Chi Minh City
Vietnam. I'm sure Mr. Mario Behling
(http://www.perspektive89.com/blog/mario_behling) explained that way.

tomorrow I'll try ask again about the clarity ... but I'm glad to hear
the possibility of providing financial support for the Fedora
Indonesia.
