[Ambassadors] Question regarding 2 ticket from the same person

Dear All

what to do with the 2 tickets for the Fedora Freemedia request created 
by the same person ?? one is for i386 and another is for x86_64

should I consider as a duplicate or  should I provide 2 media and 
fulfill the request ????
