Here's the relevant page on how sponsorship recognition is given:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Sponsorship
As other people have correctly pointed out, the Board is responsible
for dealing with sponsorship recognition issues. One way to get this
onto the Board's agenda is for someone to send an email to the
advisory-board@ list.
Generally, sponsorship recognition is given for substantial gifts.
They might be in the form of funding or service, and may be single
instances or continuing donations. To make a correct decision, Sascha
will need to give the Board some more information about the discount
being proposed and the Board will need to decide whether that meets
the definition of substantial. In turn, that might also help the
Board further clarify the guidelines around sponsorship recognition.
