Hello Renich,

 From Red Hat Latam, you can expect nothing from the local offices.

The local offices has sales focus only.

If you need some support, contact  FAMSCO or Max Spevack.

Great part of the local employees are not involved  in Fedora or know 
what a heck Fedora Project is or how it works.
