[Ambassadors] Call for help, replacing/updating the ambassador FAQ.

The best way to do this will be to

1. Everyone writes down the questions that he/she have (or had). Don't
bother about answers yet.
2. Write down the question that someone asked you.
3. Talk with your nearer ambassadors and try to find out if they have
any confusion and list it.
