[Ambassadors] Getting Fedora resources to Kosovo

Gerold, it's ok and I am very thankful.

I started all of this with a ticket in emea swag tracker,than chats,than
famasco ticket than max posted in the ambassadors list.

It's all right and is just the beginning, the money can be transfered later.
