[Ambassadors] Cool and useful idea: Fedora Social Network

Hi fellow ambassadors of whole world!

I've found a very useful idea from my mentor, Tatica, lost in the
chaos of our present MediaWiki site, and i'd really like to show you
and asking for your feedback. I'm not just copy-pasting, but adding my
own proposal for making this idea a reality with a web application
Free as in Freedom: Crabgrass.
