[Ambassadors] Fedora Project article in PCWorld Albanian!

Hello,

A month ago I've written a overview about Fedora Project in Albanian
Language about a local magazine called PC WORLD ALBANIAN. First it was
published in their website and now they have published on magazine which is
important for a country with low level education about free and open source
software to have articles about fedora itself.
