[Ambassadors] Next APAC FAD meeting on Saturday

Hi friends, 

As discussed on the last APAC FAD meeting [1], this meeting will
be moved to 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month (the regular one is
still on 1st and 3rd Saturday as usual), 04:00 UTC.

The next APAC FAD meeting will be held on Saturday, 27th of August.
Please feel free to update agenda [2].
