[Ambassadors] [EMEA] we don't have a specific EMEA page

Hi there,

I wanted to update the fedoracommunity.org/emea website, because we
still redirect to the EMEA e. V. wiki page… but could not find a
replacement.
If someone could point me to the right page, or update the existing
one[1], that would be awesome.
I know I can do it, but
- I am not really skilled in marketing stuff, if I write it that would
be exactly like the NA one[2]
- The most important for me is to write my event report… (2 weeks on
late already).
