[Ambassadors] Fedora Linux Google+ page - Admin access

Hello Fedorans, I am in for helping with the page. We can wait on either
merging the other page, IMHO. The other page was created by one of my
manatees. Whatever the community (or board decides).

It takes Google a while to play catch-up. Robert Scoble owned Rackspace for
a bit, Googlers just figured that part out.
