"...All of the valid submissions will be evaluated by a panel of three judges and the top ranked submission from: EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA regions, will be recognized as a finalist for the 2011 Red Hat Certified Professional of the Year contest. Each of the four regional finalists will receive a Flip UltraHD 8GB 2-hour Video Recorder (valued at USD $199.99).

The four regional Red Hat Certified Professional finalist's submissions will then be posted to redhat.com and online voting by Red Hat certification holders will determine the 2011 Red Hat Certified Professional of the Year. Online voting will be open to all individuals holding a Red Hat Certification and each person is eligible to vote only once.

The overall Red Hat Certified Professional of the Year, as determined by the highest-earning submission via the online voting, will receive a free Red Hat Summit and JBoss World conference pass, airfare, and a hotel stay for 3 nights for either the 2011 or 2012 Red Hat Summit / JBoss World, a 2011 Red Hat Certified Professional of the Year plaque, and will be honored at the Red Hat Summit Awards Reception..."
