I think that there is only one Northern Hemisphere region ... EMEA can
have an event is South Africa anytime and APAC may suggest have one in
New Zeland, just as examples... For LATAM we already have South in
Brazil and Chili; and also North in Panama.

I enjoy moderate weather, but Fudcon is mostly indoors, so not a big
problem. I don't see right now an escenario where we are going to pick a
location that does not have acclimatized halls.

I do think that having one Fudcon each quarter makes sense, from budget
to peoples times! I also believe that with a full quarter there is
plenty to pick a local time that fits.

I will go with a quarter calendar, without problem.
