[Ambassadors] FUDCon APAC bids

It's great that India will be the posible place for that FUDCon.  I consider
that there's a big computing population and interested in Fedora.  So let's
take advantage of it and make the event full of speeches and workshops.  If
there are a lot of people, the FUDCon can be celebrated during more days.
