Ok, new updates!

I have updated the wiki with some new budget information and hope that
anyone requesting funding add themselves to the Sponsorship section at
the bottom.

I also received the Event Sponsors paperwork where it is asking for
payment information as well as which level of sponsorship we're shooting
for so I would like to know who to send that to and what steps I need to
take next to get my budget proposal officially approved.
