[Ambassadors] FAD SL has taken place in Sri Lanka

Hello Folks,

I need to make a clarification at this point.

I have started planning to host the first FAD in Sri Lanka around April of
this year. Because no FAD has happened in Sri Lanka. First I was able to
communicate with the other FAms but at the last days I lost the track. So
there was a mis-communication. As a result myslef handle this event. Just
introduce fedora to the audience. To have a FAD according to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Activity_Day_-_FAD there should be
contributors but at the event there is only one contributor and that is my.
No funding request has made for this event from the fedora project as well.

Therefore I want to clarify, though I tried I was unsuccessful and couldnot
manage to host the first FAD in Sri Lanka as planed. So at the moment no
FAD happened in Sri Lanka. I am sorry for confusing you all. I have removed
the FAD entries from the FAD wiki page.

I am very sorry for two things,
1) Confuse by stating this event as a FAD
2) not rectifying this till locals point out recently.

But need to mention those two happen unwillingly, I just want to do
something thats all.
