Hi Alejandro

I'd like to add something here:
     1. If one member is inactive we can no longer reach an unanimous
        vote of all 7 members
     2. We did have an unanimous vote of the remaining 6 members when we
        ratified the current election guidelines including the paragraph
        we confirmed again yesterday.
     3. We *do* respect the last election results and this is why we
        wanted to take it us it to determine the people who have to run
        for re-election after only 6 months.

It seems this doesn't work and therefor I'd like to have all seats
subject to the elections in F18.

Please be so kind as to read the links I gave in my previous mail. It
explains why *all* FAmSCo members want to switch to the new guidelines
ASAP.
