[Ambassadors] volunteers for LinuxCon Europe 2012 in Barcelona

Hi.

I will try to attend, but it will be difficult.

In Spain there is a lack of knowledge in English, but is not that usual in
IT. So I think English and maybe some Spanish for clarifications are
enough.

As for other countries, as far as I know, is common to have a decent level
of English, so at first there would be no problems.
