ask in #fedora-admin on IRC or on the infrastructure@ mailing list.

Looking at your FAS page, it seems you aren't approved in any group
other than the CLA/FPCA ones yet.

The pre-requisite for having the email alias (and the Fedora People
space) is to be a "Fedora contributor", which is defined as:
- have signed the FPCA
- be approved in one group other than the CLA/FPCA ones (and iirc other
than the Fedora Hosted ones)

So my guess is that your email alias will be available once you are
approved in the "Fedora Ambassadors" or "Fedora Distribution Project"
groups where you seem to have applied.

But that's just a guess though, the admins are the ones who could tell
you for sure. ;)
