Cool!!! ...so ... it has come to this :D

An update on our action plan currently.

* We will be having a physical meeting tomorrow on 7:00pm MYT with the
volunteers to kickstart stuff.
* We have a initial todo list here:

we'll be glad if y'all can add todos/datelines that should be there
but is missing.
* For the IRC Meeting, I just created a doodle here:

* I've started announcing the event to local FOSS groups to generate buzz.

1 question:

* w.r.t hotel confirmation, any suggestion on numbers? .. currently
i'm planning for 5-6 rooms for foreign attendees, similar to FUDCon
Pune's number.
