I'm passing this along for Máirín Duffy, she tried to send this, but it
didn't make it to the list. Please be sure to CC her on replies.

Hi Ambassadors,

I think our swag design files are a bit all over the place; I thought it
would be a good idea to organize them a bit better and provide some
print-ready artwork so you don't have to worry about bleeds, CMYK
colors, or font embedding when you want to send something to a vendor to
get it produced.

I put together a first-cut stab here:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Duffy/brandstuff

The idea is we could have a directory of basic designs, give them
numbers, and for each design we could have different print-ready files
you could send to a printer without modification for various
applications (t-shirts, stickers, pens, buttons, etc). This would
hopefully also make it possible so you don't have to wait on the design
team to track down a file or create one new: we can make it so you can
just pick a design and grab the files.

What I am wondering is:

- Am I missing any designs you've had produced here? If so, can you
describe them to me, point me to tickets, point me to the files used so
I can add them to the catalog?

- Are there any designs that we don't have that we need? Do you have any
great design ideas that you haven't gotten a chance to produce yet?

- Are there any designs that need to be updated?

Thanks,
~m
