Might it not be a good idea to write all these nifty little details down
? As the discussions have been going on about ambassador swag and
quality standards in terms of looks and compliance with the TM
guidelines, it might be wise to write the knowledge, you and the other
guys who organised the media, acquired, to be shared for the future. As
pointed out to Mairin, there are loads of people volunteering who have
got no clue about graphic design issues/printing issue.

This also applies to any swag produced.
