There was no plan to make this matter public but it was brought up.

Internal problems needed to be solved internally. If they are not able
to solve other parties may involve with, as per their consent/
request. Since this was made public[1] David, Tuan and me stepped-in
to mediate in order to mitigate the bad impact on ID community by
discussing things on public (which is not really required), only to
direct the discussion but not to make/ involve in decision taking
process.

We are having rounds of discussions off the list (since we dont want
to log everything in mailing lists) with all the required FAms in
Indonesia. If they will not be successful then it can be brought to a
higher level. Making conflicts public is not the right thing to do in
such situations as the first step, there should be an order (first
discuss with the community, regional level, FAmSCo/ FAmA and Board),
we need to start from the bottom not the top. Making things public
bring bad impact/ mark for the parties involved, not solutions.

I believe, no one can take decisions on behalf of any community but
the community should come up with a solution, themselves. Further
attention required if there is no feasible agreement only.

Therefore please be *considerate* and *respectful* [2] always, as a
region we are supporting each other in APAC as required and as it
should.

Thanks Kevin for your interest, being pro-active and sensitive. IMO it
would be always great and productive if the order was followed.
