No. It will never be 1. There had been Chinese mailing list hosted on
fedoraproject mailman. So, it is 2.

My exp is the mailing list, facebook group (g+ group) and the web forum
(more than 2) are all serving different population (with some of them using
more than one of them). The main problem is none of the services has become
the primary so that a message can reach most of the Fedora Chinese user.

I am quite perfectionist on getting every Chinese Fedora user in a same
place for discussions or collaborations. However, now I personally accept
that it is not possible to get it done, especially not everyone is capable
in using mailing list when web forums or even SNS is relatively much easier.
