[Ambassadors] [APAC] CRITICAL - Review your allocated budget: trac ticket 72

Dear Tuan,

I've edited and changed the *Fedora Bangladesh *budget[0] to be accomodated
within APAC Regional allocation.

I will try to attend this weekly meeting, if not will read the logs.
