Please file a ticket at the fedora infrastructure trac instance and
they'll increase the attachment limit.

It's most important to raise issues with the *correct* people.
Discussing this in the *ambassadors* list and waiting for someone to
open a ticket for you is just going to cause delays and in turn cause
you trouble :)
