If my opinion is useful, I think maybe we can use the same platform to ask,
but categorized by language and promote them within the same community,
convenient do not think independent parallel platforms to  Fedora infra.

Maybe a http://{es,br}.ask.fedoraproject.org can be useful if this
application does not have internationalization.
