[Ambassadors] Supplementary wallpapers election

Hi,


There was a discussion on badges list, if badges can be or should be
awarded for votings. The end of the discussion was, you have to claim it
manually. What means follow the link on top of the page to get it. Well
some missed that as they expected it after the vote. It's now on the todo
list for Nuancier ;)
