[Ambassadors] Fedora Ambassadors' Map. :)

Hey David for raising this up.

In addition it has some bugs too (you cant close the popup window when
you click an ambassador) and it is outdated as well.
Finally the Ambassador Map should be in a easy accessible place like
the landing page of the ambassadors in the wiki.
