[Ambassadors] Adjusted APAC budget plan in FY2015

Hello APAC Ambassadors,

Due to lower actual budget allocation [1] by OSAS, we need to adjust our
budget plan in FY2015 [2].
Please kindly check it out to see our budget plan in FY2015. Any fund
requests not in the list would need to be asked from other fund sources.
