[Ambassadors] SCaLE event ownership this year

Many thanks.

I'm hoping that our budget can accommodate Alejandro as well.  Both of you
have proven yourselves invaluable to this event in the past, so I hope that
no matter who ends up pitching the budget, that yours and Alejandro's
travel expenses should be considered.
