[Ambassadors] Ask Fedora multi language support

As hispanic speakers we have an instance running in
http://ask.proyectofedora.org, would be great to migrate these posts
to the new official instance, Rahul, let me know how we can coordinate
the migration and put administrators and moderators of this new
instance.
