We will start fudcon planning meetings for Fudcon Managua 2014. The 
first will be Sunday 15 at 3:00GMT. That is Saturday night for most 
latam countries.

Meetings will be held by IRC @freenode #fudcon-planning

We will start this weekend, but meetings will be every two weeks by now. 
Probably we will move to every week when the event is closer.
