Thanks for such a great report! I'll just correct two numbers:

I think I sent 280ish. They come 40 to one of those packs.

I asked Vance about attendance--he said there were 750 pre-regs, and they thin, about 800-850 attended total.

I talked to quite a few people Friday night, although I hadn't gotten out the swag yet, so I only gave a few things away to people who noticed I had stuff. It was definitely an enthusiastic crowd, and not the dead conference it had been rumored to be.
