[Ambassadors] FAD Rheinfelden goes Rheinland

Hello Ambassadors in EMEA,

due a lack of possibilities anymore in Rheinfelden (the castle will be 
sold and not any longer possible for a cheap stay and handling) I talked 
with another long term fellow and friend who u all also know, Felix [1] ...
we met on Tuesday in person in Oberhausen and decided to let

FAD Rheinfelden goes to Rheinland

happen. That said, Felix (and me) are more or less organising the FAD 
which will be held as every year on the first weekend in December. Most 
important topic as always ...
- Budget for EMEA Ambassadors for the new fiscal year of Red Hat.
- which events will be covered by whom

We would be very happy if from each Country who needs some money will be 
sent his representive. And again goes a special invitation to the UK to 
let someone come over ...

More details will follow as soon as we have them (as well as the wiki 
page for everything).
